I'm a barista and can assure you that beans from the bullet bag are, in fact, the EXACT same thing as 1 lb. of Flavorlocked Espresso Roast.  Moreover, you lose about a day of freshness for your coffee if you take from the Bullet.  This tip should be disregarded.
